Policies

Reservations
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, are based on two people occupying the room or suite, and include full breakfast. There is a charge of $20 for each additional person staying in the same suite. Please add 15% Sales Tax.  There are no discounts for only one person occupying the room.

All of our rooms are non-smoking environments. We ask that our guests who wish to smoke, do so outside the Come From Away Inn.

We are a small Inn and therefore are unable to give discounts for AAA, Seniors, Teachers, etc.


Cancellations
PLEASE NOTE: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy.
To cancel or change a reservation, please give us at least 72 hours notice prior to check-in of 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival in order to avoid being charged for your room. No refunds will be given for an early departure. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.  A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Pet Policies

Well-behaved, small pets are welcome at Come From Away Inn. Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pets. Owners cannot leave their pets unattended in their rooms. There is a fee of $20 per stay to cover extra cleaning costs.  A maximum of two small pets per room will be permitted. Owners must keep their pets on a leash in all public areas of the Inn.
 
Additional Information
 
We offer a full breakfast each morning at 8:00 am or 9:00 am.  Please indicate which time is preferable at check-in.  Also please advise us, upon check-in, if you have any allergies or food preferences.  Thank you and welcome to our home.
